Our collars do not need refrigerated, just soak them in cool water and they will bring your dog hours of refreshment and enjoyment.

Cool Dog Collars are made from a unique and environmentally friendly crystal that will slowly give up their absorbed water, this process of evaporation will leave your dog feeling cool and refreshed.

Directions for Use: In order to use your Cool Dog Collar, soak the whole collar in water until the crystals in each of the pockets expand and the pockets bulge. The first soaking may take as long as ten minutesbefore the crystals reach their full capacity. Then tie the Cool Collar around your dogs neck giving your dogs hours of cool enjoyment. The Cool Dog Cooler can be re-soaked and used again and again and again.

Please check for a comfortable fit - the Cool Collar should not be too tight nor too loose. Two fingers should be able to easily fit between the Cool Collar and your dogs neck. Your dog should always be supervised while wearing this product. If the Cool Collar is torn please discard this product for safety reasons. We know of no negative reactions to the magic crystals used in this product however, should your dog develop any skin problems or consume any crystals, discontinue use and contact your dogs veterinarian.
