Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service via Priority Mail.

Return Policy: 

Due to the handcrafted nature of Lavender Dog products, we regret that we are unable to accept product returns. However, if you have received the wrong product in your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product and we will happily exchange the product at our cost. Damaged/Lost Merchandise:

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping courier directly.  We take the utmost care to ensure that every order is packaged to arrive undamaged; however, once the order leaves our hands, we cannot be held liable for loss or damages incurred during transit.  Please retain all shipping receipts and information for claiming procedures.

Shelf Life:  

 We strongly recommend Lavender Dog products be stored in a dark, dry and cool area. As our products are made with only natural ingredients we encourage product use within 4 months of purchase date to ensure maximum freshness.
